In his mid-thirties, Samir made a once-in-a-lifetime catch—a magnificent sturgeon, brimming with Beluga caviar. Though he had tasted caviar before, he had never captured a sturgeon himself. That extraordinary moment, shared with his family, ignited a lifelong passion and marked the beginning of a remarkable journey.

Six years later, Samir had become a respected name in his coastal community, known for his skill and reverence for the sea. As awareness of environmental impact grew, sturgeon fishing became increasingly regulated to protect this precious species. Embracing these values, Samir’s descendants chose a different path—one rooted in sustainability, heritage, and excellence.

This vision gave rise to LOUXEA.

Now in its third generation, our family continues the tradition with a refined focus on selective harvesting, environmental stewardship, and exceptional quality.
